This two hour session will be held in the upstairs room of the Red Lion (Knowle) and cover early life saving intervention\, namely CPR\, Defibrillator & Blood Flow kit use. Both morning rides will finish at the Red Lion but feel free to come along also\, even if you are not cycling that day.
